Water: You can control all water and all forms of water (Ice and steam), you can't control rain though, your abilities also alow you to breath under water, stay dry unless you want to be wet, control boats and ships telekinetically, are unharmed by water pressure or weight, have exact cowardiates while at sea, very ressistant to burning, can release the oxygen diffused in water and force the surrounding water to recede making an air bubble, heat or freeze water, inclease its surface tennsion till the point where you can stand on it, summon tidal waves, whilpools, ect. You can't create water though.
Earth: You can control the earth, cause earthquakes, landslides, molten mud, mudslides, clay, rocks and the earth in general, you can make the earth move to your will, but not to a great degree, you also can control metal and other things of the earth but not to the same degree.
