By the end of the week, Joe’s genitals had roughly doubled in size. His six inch long penis was now twelve inches and twice as thick as it used to be.

Another week passed and Joe’s genitals had grown again, to what should be a noticeable twenty-four inch penis and aptly proportioned balls. No one seemed to notice anything was out of the ordinary, however.

That became more apparent as the end of the third week approached. Joe’s penis was an astonishing four feet long, eight times it’s original length and five hundred twelve times it’s or volume. Joe had not been able to put on pants for a few days with how large his stuff had become, but no one he interacted with gave him much mind. They didn’t see anything out of the ordinary, and it was as if they thought Joe had always had genitals that were bigger than a dog.

At the end of the fourth week, joe could barely fit into his room anymore. If he lay on his back (the only way he could truly lay) on the floor and his dick was hard, it grazed the ceiling fan at eight feet in length. If he wasn’t hard, however, it was relatively fine.
