The miricle youth powder "Young Again" has been under mass distribution for a few months at this point until the creator, James Parker, discovered a flaw in the formula that his own son, Quin, was affected by first: the regression to toddler is permament.
As he frantically searches for a cure, his daughter Crystal and wife Marie renovate a nearby abandoned building into a daycare, to house all those affected... but some are better than others! The children are all distraught about the affliction (well, most are) and are suffering from the side effects (fever, nasuea, diarria, dizzyness, minor infantilization). One of the features is incontinence, which means they all require diapers, and some are all-against that!
Multiple main characters and storylines can be added off this.
