A spell book

Charlie was standing in an old musty library, filled to the brim with cob webs and old books. Many of the books were in such a state of disrepair that their binding were coming off, or the dust was so thick that the names couldn't be read. There was a whole shelf of books that looked to be hundreds of years old. "Jeeze. I bet the university in vermillion would love to see these." Grace walked in shortly behind him, the site of the room was something to behold. Perusing the shelves was enough to distract her from her current thoughts on the most efficient ways to gain weight for her trainer. "Check out this one!" Her trainer was standing near a book that was on an elevated table that a professor might use for a lecture. "I think its supposed to be a spell book!"
The volume in question was absolutely massive, at least two inches thick and appeared to be hand written in print and all together, it didn't look to old. The dialect was all fairly modern. "Maybe whoever used to live here wrote it. It couldn't be more than a century old. Though, look at all the spells this guy dreamed up." Grace looked over the pages, reading spell titles while her trainer pulled out his camera and started taking pictures of the pages. Human to Blaziken, human to ninetails, nidoking to human, rhydon to Aggron. It was a book full of transformation spells. "It's a neat looking book at any rate. I'll send the pictures to a friend of mine at vermillion, I'm sure he'll be able to tell us something about it." While charlie walked out side, fiddling with his pokegear so that he could email a picture, Grace kept flipping through the pages.
Most all of them were spell to transform humans into pokemon or pokemon into humans, and a few to turn pokemon into other pokemon. "Woah a spell that could turn magikarp into dratini. That would rock the trainer world quite a bit." But that spell wasn't what she was looking for. No, she wanted to modify the body she had, to make it explode with flab and fat in a way she knew would drive her trainer crazy. She could picture it now. Charlie walking back into the room to see his secret fantasy of owning a whale of a pokemon had come true, wrapping her giant corpulent body in a giant hug to celebrate. All she had to do was find the right spell... and hope it works. But... she couldn't find one... maybe she should just try a normal tf spell on her trainer? Then, she'd be able to talk to him about the weight gain... among other things.
