She could get closer to animals

Michelle wanted to become a veterinarian, and wanted to know all she could about animals. One day, after her biology class, one of the lab assistants, a girl named Chloe, came up to her. "Could I ask you to try a special new cream for me? I've seen how you've stared at the animals longingly in your vet classes. This cream will allow you know more than anyone has before about animals than ever before."

Michelle blinks cautiously and utters as she sips a soda, "Okay... What are you talking about?"

"See..." Chloe answered, "the cream can temporarily turn you INTO that animal for a short period of time."

Michelle scoffed at his claim. "Nonsense. You've been reading too much sci-fi. People can't turn into anim..a...l...s..." Michelle began to feel woozy, then fell out into Chloe's arms.

Chloe puts rufies in Michelle's soda.

Hours later, Michelle woke up in a chair. "Wakey wakey..." Chloe tried to rouse Michelle. "It's time to test the cream!!" Michelle started becoming more aware, and saw Chloe nude. Moreso, Michelle saw a creamy goo on Chloe's groin. "What is this? What are you doing?!" she yelled.

"A live demonstration was the only way to prove it to you, and I wanted someone hear to see it... and ready to inject me with that syringe on that table over there in case I don't change back in six hours... I'm using a six hour formula, by the way."

"But why are you naked and wearing the stuff on your groin?" Michelle asked.

"Because, unfortunately, the only way it works, from my studies of earlier animal testing, is to put it on your genitals and have sex with the animal you want to become."

Michelle blushes and gags. "Um, ew, and weird to the max..." Chloe then pressed a button, and a Labrador Retriever walked into the lab. Chloe said, "It works by first copying your cell structure, then making it malleable, and then putting you into heat, generating a catch-all pheromone that attracts anything of the opposite gender, enticing you to seek out something to mate with to receive foreign DNA to change you. Thing is..." Chloe takes in a deep whiff of air, "...you become sexually attracted to ANYTHING that is the opposite gender, regardless of species. Right now, that dog is SO TURNING ME ON!!" She quickly got onto her hands and knees, and began coaxing the male dog to her rear. The male dog began smelling the pheromones the cream generated, and quickly lined himself up, and penetrated Chloe. "Oh god, yes!!" Chloe screamed, as the dog went to work.

At first, Michelle didn't see anything happening, but slowly, blonde fur began to grow on Chloe's rear and her hands and feet. It slowly crept over her as her legs began to shrink and pop into proper canine form, as her arms became proper canine forelegs. A tail snaked from Chloe's bum, tickling the dog's belly as she wagged it frantically in ecstasy. Her chest began to barrel out and overtake her breasts as three new rows of nipples emerged below her original set. "Arrr... Mooorrre..." Chloe moaned, her voice blurring into canine yelps of joy. Her hair began to shrink into her scalp and turn into fur as her skull crunched into a canine shape, muzzle growing out, her ears becoming long and floppy. Finally, Chloe howled in orgasm as the male dog finished atop her, her tongue panting away.

"Chloe?" Michelle asked, shocked to see the lab assistant was no liar after all, and amazed by the sight she had just witnessed. Chloe cocked her head, as though she recognized the name, but not all her human intellect was there. The male dog tried to dismount, but was knotted to Chloe, and when he tried, he yelped, and elicited a growl from Chloe. "Whoa, it works..." Michelle scratched her head, and saw the needle on the table, as well as the cream. "What do I do now?"
