you are special, and the governments after you, how will you escape?

You are sixteen, the government is after you, and you didn't do anything wrong. well actualy you did one thing wrong, you were born. see the government took you at birth as part of an experiment, over the years the government has given you certain chemicals which gave you an amazing gift. you don't see it as a gift though, you see it as a curse. This is because when you were given these powers you were forbidden from the outside, but you rebeld, you escaped. You are now an outlaw from the government, they have posted a reward for your capture, but thankfully you can change your appearance as a result of your ability. you may be powerful but you have your limits, so you flee every time you are revealed. You have been moving a lot lately but where are you now?
