he was a girl, but still kind of nerdy

Looking in the mirror, Austin realized his room had been rearranged. there was a mirror above his dresser, and a few boxes he didn't recognize. On his nightstand where his journal should have been was a diary with 'Jennifer' written on the cover. Looking at the shelves lining the walls she breathed a sigh of relief, her books and models were all still where they were meant to be. Looking back at her new reflection, she actually kind of liked it.

Her hair is chestnut brown, and shoulder length, and her glasses haven't gone anywhere, but her face is cuter and definitely more feminine. What one might picture as the 'cute nerd girl' rather than the 'dorky nerd boy' look she had been sporting before. Though, if her appearance and belongings have changed, that begs the question of what else has changed...
