Amodeus found himself in what appeared to be a regular city, but not one he was familiar with.

"It looks like an average place, but it has almost no pokemon." he noticed "Let's see if I can fix that problem."

The new boss of Team Rocket then began to scout around for good victims, using a special pair of binoculars, he found a very interesting one.
