Frustrated by the lack of people to squish, the enormous boy begins to throw a tantrum. The first building in sight is a little convenience store. Conveniently enough, it's the closest thing to one of Sam's feet. With ease, the boy rears his leg back and sends a kick forward. The massive digits collide with the exterior brick wall and send debris, merchandise, and mangled bits of the store clerk flying. He kicks another wall, sending another load of rubble through the air and a plume of dust emanating upwards from his bare foot. He stomps repeatedly on the remains of the building with both feet, and finishes off his destructive haste by kicking one of the gas pumps. This caused a large fiery explosion that had little more than an amusing effect on the titanic tot. He kicks the other pump, setting off yet another explosion, the sound of which was intertwined with the boy's giggles.
"ROAR!" Sam yelled, throwing his arms up in the air like a dinosaur for added effect.
He felt like he was the star in his very own giant monster movie! Having finished his dance with the convenience store, Sam glanced around, hearing the familiar din of screaming people returning, and noticed a new flock of two and three-inch people fleeing out of the building directly adjacent from the convenience store. Startled by his antics, the fled the apartment building in droves, with nearly three or four of them attempting to run through the doorway every few seconds. The giant boy stomps over to them, easily catching up to the herd of tiny humans. The three-year-old has now made the obvious connection that because he didn't have something he wanted, all he had to do was throw a tantrum!
Lifting his foot, he pulped two of the little people beneath his many tons of weight. They popped like little grapes and stuck to his sole for several more steps. It's then that Sam had another idea: Should he continue chasing these little people, or turn around and go back to the building they were coming out of?
The boy stood for a moment and pondered before making his decision.
