As light hit Bobby's face, his mouth let out a huge yawn. He stretched his arms out over his head, and slowly opened his eyes.
He say a large body of fur laying in front of him, attached to what seemed to be a tail. Bobby couldn't tell what colour the fur was, since his perception of color seemed completely off. He couldn't describe it, but as he stood up to examine the fur, the fur moved behind him. He could feel it moving, and realized that the fur he saw must have been his own.
Walking to the edge of the bed took a few steps. Looking down, it looked like the bed grew four times bigger since he fell asleep in it last night.
Calculating the distance in his mind, Bobby jumped down head first and landed on his feel. All four of them. His mind realizing that something was off, Bobby looked behind to see what he had just felt hit the ground. As he turned, he saw his back leg move out of the corner of his eye, but not matter how fast he turned to his side, he could never get a good look at the thing.
Looking around the house, Bobby tried to find his Aunt Marla. Maybe she would give him something to eat.
Hearing someone in the kitchen, Bobby quickly walked to see what was there. His aunt was cooking something, but he couldn't tell what.
Just then, the Marla turned around to see a young cat on her kitchen floor.
