In your sister's room, Emily's disembodied head sat on her nightstand while your mother went through the clothes in her wardrobe. After picking out a few articles, she undressed Emily's body and put on the new outfit, she then stepped outside of the closet to model her new look.
"Wow, mom, looking good!" Emily said as she watched her mother pose with her former body.
"I can't believe I let you have clothes like this." Your mother said as she looked down at the denim miniskirt and orange tubetop that left little to the imagination.
"Um, well..." Emily said nervously, looking for a way to change the subject. Her eyes darted around the room, and when she caught a glimpse of the clock that hung across the room, she began to panic, "Oh crap, I have my class in 20 minutes! If we leave now, you can get me there in time!"
"You mean to tell me that you want to go out in public like that?" your mom asked.
"Well, yeah. I don't think people will freak out that much since I'm alive." Emily responded.
"You really do like being like that, huh?" she said with a smile as she picked Emily's head up, "Well, okay, but I'll have your brother take you."

Back downstairs, you stood over your mother's headless body with the rapier trying to decide what exactly you wanted to do with it. Before long, you hear footsteps behind you and you turn around to see your mother holding Emily's head in one hand and the keys to her car in the other.
"Hey, I need yo drop your sister off at her class. You know where the community college is, right?" you mother asked.
"Yep." you said as you placed the rapier next to the headless body and take your sister's head and the keys, "But wouldn't it be hard to take notes and stuff?"
"My friend Chelsea has a tape recorder and records all the lectures, so I can borrow that for when I need to study." She replied.
"Okay, whatever." you say as you walk out the door and enter the family car. You set Emily's head on the passenger's seat and turned the car on.
"Hey, wait, you can't just leave me on the seat like this. I'll go flying if you have to slam on the brakes!" your sister protests.
"Hm, good point." You say. Looking around the car, you see a sweatshirt sitting in the back seat and jam it in the narrow space between the passenger and back seat. Leaving a head shaped indent in the shirt, you gently place Emily on top of the shirt, "That okay?"
"I guess so, just don't drive like a maniac." She replied. You shift into rear and back out of the driveway.

After an uneventful drive, you arrive at the community college. You reach into the backseat to retrieve Emily's head and tuck her into the crook of your arm. She begins to direct you towards the building her class is in, and along the way you predictably get a great deal of bewildered stares. Your sister would often smile at the passersby and make small talk, causing wide eyes and dropped jaws. Finally making it to her classroom, she instructs you to place her on a desk near two girls who you recognized her friends that she has had since middle school. The first girl was Chelsea, a very short girl at just 5 feet tall, though she had C-cup breasts that looked enormous on her petite frame. The second girl was Michelle, who could best be described as the polar opposite of Chelsea, she stood 5'7" and had an athletic, sexy body but not much going on in the chest department.
"Emily?" Chelsea gasped as you placed your sister's head on the desk in front of her
"Where's your body?" Michelle asked, almost in shock. At this point, most of the class had formed a circle around you and the girls. As you look around the crowd, you notice that the professor had not yet arrived.
"Well," Emily began, "My brother here got this magical rapier that can cut people up without hurting them. We used it to let my mom borrow my body, and I decided I wanted to see what it was like to be just a head."
"What's it like?" Chelsea asked.
"Well, being carried around is kind of fun, if a little humbling. And I don't have to worry about getting fat or periods!" Emily joked.
"Wow, Em, you're such an airhead that you forgot to bring your anatomy to Anatomy and Physiology!" Michelle chimed in, trying to help your sister create a more lighthearted atmosphere.
"Soooo, when you say you let your mom borrow you body, do you mean she like, is attached to it and controls it?" Chelsea asked. When Emily responded with a yes, she started whispering something in Michelle's ear. After the two had conversed, Chelsea looked up at you and asked, "Is it okay if we swing by your place later and try out the rapier? Me and Michelle want to trade bodies."
"Yeah, I want to know what it's like to have boobies, and she wants to know what it's like to not be a borderline midget." Michelle added, causing Chelsea to blush.
"Sure, I don't see why not. Besides, it saves me the trouble of having to pick her up later on." You say as you reach down and ruffle Emily's hair, messing it up, "All right, see y'all later."
"Hey!" your sister shouted angrily as you walked out of the classroom.
"I'll fix it!" Michelle said enthusiastically, lifting Emily's head off of Chelsea's desk and placing it on her own. She reached into her purse, pulled out a brush and began fixing Emily's hair, "You know, if college doesn't work out for you, you could probably find work as a one of those mannequin heads beauty school students practice styling hair on."

Your task complete, you make your way back to the car and drive home. What now?
