Her neck shortened a little and got wider. An Adam's apple appeared. Her voice deepened.

Her chest became a bit hairy. Her nipples became less sensitive as her boobs disappeared. Her stomach got a little hair. It rounded a little bit.
Then, her hips narrowed quite a bit. Her insides changed a bit too. Her vagina pushed out until she had a penis and scrotum. Her butt flattened a little bit.
