People always knew there would be a warm spot if they swam near Timmy. Sometimes, despite the chlorine, the water would yellow around him at his flow. One of his friends who appreciated both these facts was Juliet who was a number of years older than Timmy. She tolerated Timmy's various bodily functions and knew they wouldn't harm her, if anything she enjoyed them at the pool because it kept other kids away. They often played in the deep end and as Timmy was not yet a good enough swimmer to be there, he needed a flotation device. This came in the form of a number of logs he pushed out into his diaper, a rush of bubbles following each one. Their buoyant nature kept his head above water and other swimmers at bay.
