The cursed ring.

Unbeknown to it's newest owner, the ring was made centuries ago, by a magically talented noble maiden to punish a chauvinistic suitor. It's gender changing effect can only be undone if it's wearer comes to accept the worth of her new form as being equal to his old one.

that poor fool at least had it's maker taunting him about it's purpose, sonic just knows it won't come off, nothing else.

Our story starts with the newly changed blue blur going to one of his most trusted friends for help... but who?
