(I am setting this durring the search for the mirror of Twilight portion of the game, as that's when I feel it's the most open)
The sun was lazily drifting over Kakariko village, producing an unsettling warmth to press against the dying town.
The small kids were running in and out of shops and building gigling and laughing all while a bright green grasshopper- er hero sat on the ground his hand pressed against his chin.
"You know nothing is going to happen with you just sitting here? We need to find the twilight mirror shards!" Minda's low voice echoed in the young hero's mind as she twisted his shadow.
The young hero made no noise but the face he gave the imp said it all.
"Tch, alright, who knows maybe the key will fall right into our hands," Minda said with a smile showing of her rouge tooth.
"Hey! Link!" Almost to answer Minda, Colin, a young boy from Ordon village came running forward.
"Look, I found something weird, do you think it might help?" Colin said his face was nearly spilting open with his smile.
"Great a stick, just what we needed" Minda said shaking her shadowed head.
"Thanks, Colin," Link politely took the white stick.
The stick was pure white, it's bark peeled off, and polished, though it was definitely aged with knots and other signs of damage such as small bits of rot, but still Link took it.
As soon as he did his mind was filled with all sort of knowledge on how the ancient swap wand worked.
...but was this real?
"Thanks Colin, I'll definitely try it out, now run along," Link said with a thin smile.
'I wonder if I swaped bodies, how my wolf form would work?" Link thought as he stared at his shadow.
