Well, we could use the book on me again.

"So" Max said, as he took a seat on PJ's couch. "What should we do now?"

PJ shut the door and waddled into the living room. He sat down in his dad's armchair with a grunt and picked up the book that he had set down next to the chair. The pages flipped as he thumbed through them to find a spell to use. There were just so many spells in the book... all of them some form of body modification or mind alteration.

"Well let's try one on me," PJ said looking at the book.

"Sure! I gotta see this in action," said Max excitedly. "Which one do you want to use?"

PJ tapped his finger across the table of contents to see what was available. He had bookmarked a few things, but he also wanted to see what there was for him to use.

"Well I could get fatter... says I could get taller too... hmm," he said, turning a page. "I could get uh... slobbier? What's that mean?"

"Like... gas and sweat and messy eating?" Max asked, looking at PJ with an eyebrow raised.

"Oh... like my dad, yeah," PJ said, nodding. "Well I think I should..."
