There was a pool of green slime that seemed to radiate. Cynder wanted to warn Spyro not to go down there but, by the time she caught up, he was already down by the slime. He craned his head over the water to sniff the green slime. "Spyro, don't do anything stupid!"
It was too late. He inhaled to sniff and some slime got into his nose. This caused Spyro to sneeze and fall into the slime and disappear from sight. Cynder worried evermore as every second went by.
Eventually Spyro returned to the surface of the radiating slime. He also seemed to radiate as he climbed out of the goo and onto the cold rock flooring of the cave.
"Spyro! Are you ok? What happened down there?"
"I am not sure. It did not feel as though it did anything to me. It just felt heavy, as though it had weight to it."
"We need to get away from this slime and then we can find out if anything happened."
The two walked out of the cave. As they did, Spyro began to feel...
