Nickolas goes about the rest of his day as per normal not noticing the changes going on with him. At this point most of his changes were internal so that's to be expected. If Nickolas had somehow been aware of his pregnancy and the fact that it was progressing faster than normal he would now be wondering many things such as "How does this work with guys? Heck how did this even happen?!" and "If I'm really pregnant does that mean I'm gonna grow boobs?" but most of all "If I'm pregnant this seems like it's going a little faster than normal, how long is this gonna take?"
