One of the other human females present at the party caught your eye, she was one that bore a strong resemblence to your current host. As you scanned Kim's memories you realized the woman was Kim's sister, Kourtney Kardashian. You moved your graceful (stolen) body forward and engaged her in conversation. "Hiya sis, how are you?" you asked her, and she responded with the usual pleasantries, unaware that she was no longer talking to her sister, but the parasite that had invaded her body.
After luring Kourtney away, you decided to transfer into her and leave a clone inside Kim's body. You pinned her against a wall and kissed her, she of course wriggled to free herself from the unexpected 'affection'...but it was too late. You were soon inside her...and in control of her body after getting rid of her 'consciousness'. "Another fine specimen!" you nodded, holding your hands out in front of you and inspecting your nails. You then ran those hands along your new curves before looking Kim's body in the face. "Fine a suitable male and have sex with him, the more seeds implanted in you the better" you informed your clone.
"My pleasure!" the duplicate parasite grinned from Kim's luscious body.
You then wandered off to find your own, 'suitable' mate. You were intent on impregnating as many human females as possible, in order to make more of your kind that could then spread through the human community and take more hosts.
