He looks at her and then goes to his drawer and grabs some rope. He takes off her coat and removes her weapon pouch. He ties her wrist and elbows together. After that he ties her ankles and thighs. He finishes his work before he goes and grabs some smelling salt to wake her up.
“What,” she asks as she starts to wake up realizing that she is tied up.
“Hinata, why were you following me around,” Naruto asks.
“I was just watching you I have always admired you,” Hinata answers.
“What did you mean by “please don’t leave me” you said before you lost consciousness.
“I want to be with you Naruto. I love you,” she admitted.
“I see,” Naruto said. “If you want to be with me you are going to have to accept me and some of my darker desires.”
“I will do whatever it takes to be with you,” she says.
“I see,” Naruto says. He then picks her up and uses the body flicker technique to leave the building and appear on top of the Hokage monument. He then turns and walks into the forest. He then sets her down.
“I can’t have anyone know where we are going yet so I need to knock you out ok,” he said.
“I understand,” she said. She then feels a hit to the back and loses consciousness.
