The evil shrinking bubbles rock!

Deep within the bowels of hell, a sinister, demonic scientist opens up a portal into our world. From pits of hell this high-ranking demon/mad scientist unleashes its latest invention upon the human race. Through the trans-dimensional portal, the demon hideously laughs it lets loss many innocent looking bubbles that simply float harmlessly through the air. However, these bubbles are anything but innocent. When they come into contact with a human, and only humans, these cursed bubbles automatically shrink the human that touches it, and every other human within 15 feet of it down to a few inches tall. These shrunken humans are all completely naked and trapped inside of this bubble until the demon/mad scientist, or another demon releases them. When they are released from the bubble, the tiny humans are cursed to be tiny and naked until the day they die, and only a blessing of a Priest or holy man can reverse the evil magical spell, and restore them to normal. However, these tiny people give off pheromones that compel anyone who comes into contact with them to molest, and or devour them. In addition, the demon can order the bubbles that contain the tiny naked humans to return to hell, or even another world, or time. Then the tiny humans would be trapped there for the rest of their lives. Only human’s ages 8 to 40 will be affected by the bubbles, nobody any younger or older will be effected by them, and they will shrink both genders. The demon/mad scientist might even get a few tiny humans for its own enjoyment.
