Space Pirates

the space pirates are singing as they are working, but they are bored they have not robbed another spaceship in a while or capture slaves for the captain or selling them. then in a freak meteor shower they crash land near a small town in Texas. the captain and the crew come with a plan while some of crew repair the ship the remaining group will scout out the area and see if there is riches to be found or slaves to capture. where do the scouting group go to the homes or the camps.
