Miranda confirms your nightmare. She opens the oven and puts the pan inside of it. As soon as she shuts the door, you begin to feel the 350 degree temperature inside. You start to worry as well when you still can't move underneath your chocolate coating. Is this really the way you are going to end?
After a minute, your entire body is soaking in sweat. Everything is going red, plus your insides are so hot from beginning to boil that it pains you like nothing else.
Five minutes pass and Miranda checks on the dessert. She does not see anything out of the ordinary, and closes the door again.
After twenty minutes of cooking, Miranda returns to the kitchen one final time. She dons oven mitts and pulls the pan from the oven. After testing it with a toothpick, she turns off the oven and walks to the other side of the kitchen. She takes a pencil and opens up a notebook, writing:
"I made you a treat - Enjoy!
Love, Miranda"
She leaves the note by the pan and then grabs her books before heading out the door. A clock nearby shows the time as nearly 4:15.
