"Dinner is served, guys! Enjoy!" Jeff set the steaming pan of lasagna in front of Tim and Carl who were seated at the dinning room table. Carl was right; this thing was gigantic. The pan was two feet wide by three feet long and about five inches deep. And Jeff had filled it to the brim with noodles and sauce and cheese. The only side on the table was a loaf of garlic bread that was practically swimming in butter.
Jeff grabbed a plate and scooped up a huge portion for Tim that easily took up most of the room on it and set it down in front of him. It had been a while since Tim had seen Jeff, but he looked pretty much the same. Long blonde hair tied into a ponytail, a fairly muscular build with a flat stomach, and a face Tim always found to be quite handsome.
Carl was then served up a portion just as massive as Tim's. "Alright, eat up! If you need me, I'll be cleaning up in the kitchen!"
When Jeff left, Carl whispered to Tim. "See! It's huge! This could probably feed, like, a dozen people! And he expects both of us to eat it?"
"Well, I'm willing to try," said Tim. "This smells amazing!" He took a fork and went to town on the lasagna. Carl signed and began to eat his dinner albeit at a much slower pace than Tim. Not much was said between the two as they ate. Tim was practically shoveling it in, and the moment his plate was empty he grabbed the spatula and cut out an equally massive piece as his first. Carl timidly nibbled on some bread as he watched his friend inhale the greasy, fatty meal and wondered if inviting him over was such a good idea.
Eventually, Carl cleaned his plate. And Tim cleaned his for the third time. Tim moaned, his face stained with tomato sauce, as he rubbed a hand over his engorged belly that was busily trying to digest thousands of calories of meat and bread and pasta. A third of the lasagna remained in the massive pan. Tim reached for the spatula again but Carl grabbed it away.
"Dude, stop," he said to Tim. "I know what you're trying to do and I appreciate it. But you look like you're ready to pop. Let me just finish the rest of this."
