Gravity Controller

You can lessen gravity around yourself and your friends in order to let them fly above enemies. You can also intensify gravity to crush your enemies into dust. So who wouldn't be afraid of that power? You were walking along the street at night. Not the best time to be out, but if need be, you would use your power, if not to kill people, to slow them down long enough to run away. Suddenly, you saw a strange red light shoot into the sky. What do you do?
