Catch the fly and put it in the machine

You catch the fly which took a minute and you heard your mother ask “What’s taking so long out there” you convince her that it’s nothing and your about to start the machine with her unaware your about to switch her with an insect. You then place the fly in the machine and close the pod door and their is a bright flash and you go over to your mothers pod door and open it and out stumbles your mothers body but it seemed strange “mom?” You ask no response and that’s when you knew the swap worked and went over to the other pod and open it with the fly buzzing nonstop you pick it up knowing it’s your mother and put her in a jar and say “sorry mom but I thought it would be a little weird it will be fine” but you turn around and your moms body is gone
