He’s an elf

He realized he was taller, his hair longer and the clothes he was wearing were rubbing against hairless skin had the texture of silk. Looking down, he saw that he was wearing a set of clothes that wouldn't look out of place on an extra in a fantasy movie. As he looked down, his hair swung forward, snagging on a pair of pointed ears. Perplexed at his new outfit, and the fact someone appeared to have glued prosthetic ears that wouldn't look out of place on a cosplayer to his head, he reached up with his right hand, and yanked at his right ear.
