As the flash died down Kyle had so far unknowingly switched his and Tiffany's relationships.The two blinked in confusion, wondering if what had just happened was for real. "Did you...?" Kyle questioned, wondering if she had a similar experience as him since accoding to what he had just learned, the stange stone he now held would affect both of them.
"Uh... yeah." Tiffany responded, knowing the question he was going to ask, but was a bit unsure about the whole situation.
"So, uh, what do we do now?" Kyle questioned.
"How should I know?" Tiffany snapped.
"Sorry." Kyle said. He then remembered what time it was. "Look, I'll talk to you later. I've gotta get ready for school."
"Oh, yeah, right." Tiffany says before heading back to her house, and Kyle did the same. Inside, he got dressed for school in a pair of jeans and a plain shirt. Once dressed, he puts on his shoes and heads off to wait for the bus. He sees Tiffany waiting their as well, but neither feels like speaking to each other at the moment, so they both wait silently. When the bus arrives, they both take their seats and wait for the bus to pick up their friends.
Reaching a stop, Tiffany's best friend Emily gets on the bus. Waiting for her to sit down, Tiffany is surprised when she walks right past her seat and sits down with Kyle. Kyle is just as surprised, unsure of what to say.
"What? No "Hello" for your best friend?" Emily asked.
"Uh, hello?" he says. 'So then this stone really does work? I mean, it looks like me and Tiffany have swapped relationships.' he thought to himself. Not long after, the bus picks up what had one once been Kyle's best friend Dan, who takes a seat next to Tiffany.
