Whitney was finishing her third book of the day she was reading a great deal on the fore front science on the mind body barrier. More specifically on what the mind can do to modify the body. She simply could not stop theorizing on the subject. This area of what can only be called fringe science began to boggle her mind. But what if you could make the powerful enough to modify it's own body, illness and aging would be a thing of the past.
As if to answer all her questions she her a thud from her window. A package had been thrown at her window and was now sitting outside the window. She got up and walked towards the window to see a person shrouded in a dark cloak turn away then vanish. The person was there one second and simply gone the next, how could that be? Maybe her eyes were playing a trick on her, but the mysterious package laid there as a sign that someone had been down there only a moment ago. She pull the window up and grabbed the package. She sat back down on her bed and opened it up, inside was a letter addressed to her and a beautiful necklace. She grabbed the letter curious as to what her would be stalker had to say to her.
Dear Whitney,
Enclosed is something that will answer all your questions, and hopefully send you down the right path. This necklace can change someone in the exact same manner as to what you were just thinking. By placing the mind into a hypnotic state, you can change mind in question, such a command given by this necklace is so strong, that the mind and therefore the body must following the commands.
The note was typed and had no by line, could she trust what was in front of her. Clearly this had to be insane, but how could this person know what she had just been thinking. Clearly she would need to test this item, and she knew the perfect guinea pig. A slightly sinister smile came to her fairly innocent face as she grabbed the necklace and headed out her door.
