She then pressed the vial to the inside of your elbow, and the vial soon filled with blood. She replaced it with a second, and then a third, then yet another.
"Will this do, or do we need a fifth?" Nysa asked, looking at Dr. Fyla.
"Four should be enough for now," the fox said. "We can get more if need be."
"Alright." Nysa removed the vial, and needle that had poked you in the first place, and placed a salve on the spot that had been stuck. "That will help with the healing." She then gave you some juice. "This will help you regain your balance."
"Am I the only human you've done this to?" you asked.
"No, you are not the only human that has been abducted for this process," said Dr. Fyla. "After all, there's over a billion of us - too much work for one male. That being said, you are the only one we ourselves have abducted."
"So, just how many have your kind abducted?" you asked.
"Well, we wanted a wide array of genetics, so our ships went to all corners of the globe to abduct a number of humans that wouldn't be noticed if gone, yet meet our initial specifications for health and such, and might prevent our extinction," said Dr. Fyla. "As to the exact number.......
