1. Bangle of the Conqueror
It all started while the senior class of Middleton High are on a field trip to the museum to see a new exhibit of artifacts. That very day, a botched heist ends with one of the exhibits, the cheerleader finds herself taking part of the exhibit home with her. When one of the other artifacts is smashed, an ornate yet seemingly unspectacular bangle is revealed and lands upon Bonnie's wrist. She finds herself unable to remove it and sneaks it out as the class leaves. That night, she discovers the effects of the bangle, which gives her a muscular physique that would make even the biggest bodybuilders weep in jealousy and compels her to have others bow in submission and worship her as she tries to conquer the world.
2. Bebe Hive Queen Perfection Project
After being bested by Kim Possible the last time, the Bebe's decide that they need a queen who is just as capable in battle as they are, if not more so. Bonnie had made for an ideal queen before and, with the application of some nanotechnology, she would be even more perfect than ever. With the Bebe Nanites, they would enhance Queen Bonnie on a microscopic level, crafting a body with muscles that could easily bench press a semi and shrug off a shotgun slug without barely a scratch. Will Bonnie be able to handle the sudden strength without succumbing to the temptation of abusing it?
3. Rockwaller Genes are Dynamite
Having grown bored with messing with animal genetics, DNAmy decides to look into the potential of the human double helix for a change. Bonnie just so happens to be the unfortunate soul that she picked first to experiment on with that new goal in mind. It doesn't take long for her to discover a long dormant gene in the Rockwaller bloodline which grants superhuman muscle growth and density upon activation. Bonnie's rescuers are a moment too late to prevent this from happening, and the snobbish girl turned amazon must deal with the changes brought upon her by the rogue geneticist.
4. Drakken's Performance Supplements
Tired of being shown up by Kim at every cheer practice, Bonnie decides to up her game by taking some supplements to help increase her athleticism and performance. Too bad she didn't read the label closely enough, as the brand she chooses to use is manufactured by none other than Dr. Drakken. Yes, it will increase her physical performance to the level of a comic book superhero and the muscles to match, it also puts her under his control as part of his mind controlled muscle army. While the mad scientist is eventually defeated, the effects of his product are not so easily undone.
