As you come to your senses, you realize that your surroundings are dimly lit, almost to the point of total darkness, with light only peaking into ...wherever you are...through distant cracks. You may be surrounded by the thunderous and distorted sounds of an arcade, but you certainly aren't surrounded by the sights of one. What's more, you a significant weight bearing down over your body, a warm fuzzy wall mashing you against a surface that feels of plush. The surfaces mashing around you might be soft and conforming, but they're heavy enough to leave you pinned and the least bit sore. It's almost as if you've been buried under an avalanche, yet these surfaces clearly aren't rocks.
You definitely didn't sleep here last night, and you definitely don't feel safe in this dark and cramped cavern. You begin to try to claw your way out from between the two surfaces, using fuzzy texture of the overhead surface to gradually pull your way forward. Before you can make it to the light, however, the light overtakes you instead! You feel a great weight lifted from your back, and realize that someone or something must have lifted the weight off of you. The surrounding sounds of the game corner grow louder than before. You survey your surroundings and find that you're standing atop a room-sized plush Rabite doll. Looking overhead, you can see an equally oversized teddy bear hovering away from you, seemingly of its own volition, towards a huge mirror of some sort.
As you examine your surroundings further, it becomes obvious where you are. The teddy bear overhead is actually being moved by a claw. You're stranded among a pile of enormous stuffed and plushy toys. Beyond the glass wall at the far end of this chamber lie the washed out lights and muffled sounds of the game corner. You're inside of a crane game! Far more concerning, however, is the scale of the crane game. You shouldn't be able to lie down on a single plush as if it were an oversized bed. You get to your feet and begin to make your way towards the glass wall in front of you. As you look at the glass, you are met with the most ominous and shocking site yet: a huge human silhouette lurks on the other end. Terrified, you stagger back and tumble off of your perch, landing in a gap between the Rabite plush and an adjacent Ponyta plush. This place really is huge!
"Alright! Looks like I got one~" A boy's voice belts out . You feel a chill down your spine. Could he be referring to you? You wait in the gap until you hear the thuds of the boy stomping off, then get back up top the Rabite plush. The giant is gone, it seems, but it's become clear just what's going on.
Not only are you inside of a crane game, but you've been shrunk to the height of a doll...a prime target for the claw overhead, though you'd hope no one in their right mind would try to catch you as if you were some plaything. As you grow accustomed to your surroundings, you spot a walled drop-off compartment in the corner of the crane. That's your ticket out of here...but do you really want to exit this machine and wind up on the floor of such a noisy and potentially crowded building? The odds of you getting squashed seem pretty high.
As you contemplate your course of action, you hear a series of thuds coming your way. Before you could make a decision, a customer has already arrived to use the game! Looking up, you see a figure towering over you...
