As Katherine examined her tail, brushing down the fur, Johnathan - though her detention mates were now calling her Jamie - did her best to keep her pants from sliding off.

Ms. Caster was smiling to herself - she was definitely feeling less bored now. I wish I'd done this before! Detention kids are the most fun to mess with!. Her green eyes then fell on the only student in the room who was behaving herself. Emily was diligently finishing up her English reading. Ms. Caster couldn't help but feel a little sorry for her having to be there, but still, being in detention made Emily just a valid a target for her boredom relief.
