Put someone else inside the body.

...consider your options for a moment, before realizing Julie's recent pushiness could make this backfire quite badly. On top of which everyone who's readily available is family.

"Sure squirt, sorry." You say, giving her a friendly smile, to which she pouts in reply before heading back to her room. First things first...
"I should make the room's walls soundproof." You say once the door is closed, holding the stone. For a moment the walls glow slightly before their texture changes subtly, bringing a slight smile to your face. That should take care of Julie's request. What she can't hear can't keep her up.

Thinking for a moment, your mind drifts back to the idea about creating a new personality... You're not creative enough to make one from scratch, true. But what about copying and combining parts of other minds? You could take the best parts of all the girls you know, which discounting the ones that would freak out, is actually only five, and make someone new. Julie would be the template, she's already got most of what you want. Alice's wit and ability to keep secrets would make a nice addition. Your neighbor Selina's habit of looking out for everyone should cancel out Julie's pushiness.

Mentally putting the pieces together and working out how to describe the request so there are no errors you give it a go.
