Natsumi falls over from her seat from what seems to be a bad stomach cramp. She groans in pain, trying to get up to check up on Koyuki. Instead, it becomes increasingly harder for her to get up. It is as if her belly is become heavier the more she struggles. After exhausting herself, she faints.
"Sis! ...Sis!" Natsumi hears Fuyuki's voice calling out to her. "Sis! Wake up!" Natsumi opens her eyes, seeing everyone else, except Kururu, looking at her with concern.
"...what?" Natsumi tries to speak. "What happened?" Kururu just chuckles at her; everyone else looks away from her sheepishly. "What! What happened? Is Koyuki-chan okay?"
Aki decides to break the silence, even though she clearly does not want to do so. "Sweetie... you're going to have a baby."
"What?" Natsumi shrieks, finally getting a good look at herself. Her belly has drastically increased in size. She is apparently in her third trimester. "How is this possible?" She is too panicked to lash out at the frogs for supposedly doing this to her. "And that doesn't explain what happened to Koyuki! Where is she?"
"Kukuku," Kururu gives out a mischievous smile. "Koyuki is the baby." He smiles wider from Natsumi's bug-eyed reaction. Rather than speaking another word, she falls back into unconsciousness. What now?
