He looks around to find out how he got here

Looking around, he decided to that he wasn't going to figure anything out by just standing around here. He opened the door and walked out of the office, and into a hallway. Looking around, it appeared that no one else was around for now. "Now where should I start looking?" he said out loud. Even though he had decided to look around, that didn't mean he had any idea about where to look. He had just suddenly appeared in Matsumoto's office after blacking out. "Maybe I should find her." he thought. "It was her office after all, so it can't hurt to try. Now where would she be?"
