Luxray's Center

    by: IJustRead Author IconMail Icon
-"Okay, the "Center" sounds good"
-"Walk straight until the middle of the stomach and then look at your right. There is the entrance to it. You'll have to ascend to my head, but it'll be worth it."

You don't like the idea of having to go up all the way to Luxray's head, but you're too curious about the "experience" Luxray offered you. You get up and go to the entrance. The path to the Center is very titled, and you again feel like leaving the exploration of the head for later or maybe tomorrow. After breathing deep you start to walk. You're not used to the spongy floor of Luxray's body yet, and in some parts it is so inclined that you have to use your hands to advance without falling back to the stomach, but you keep going.

While climbing what you suppose is some passage in Luxray's neck, you see some tunnels and entrances, and you decide to explore them after you see everything in the "Center". "Anatomically, at least one would lead to Luxray's respiratory system, but who knows what surprises there could be around here", you think just before seeing one last ring on top of the road, and you hope it is the end of the passage. You calculate it took you nine or ten minutes to go from the stomach to where you are now.

You open the ring, and take a look to the new room you entered. It is rounder than the stomach, and bigger. It seemed to have two floors, and some small stairs at one side of the room. The ground floor was hard and flat, and the room was ful of natural light, but it didn't have much in it. However, it had two big window-like objects, which you suppose are Luxray's eyes. You approach to them, and try to look through the "glass". You see the forest, but feel a bit dissapointed that Luxray's vision seems so...normal. Then you notice that the floor near the eyes sounds different than the rest of the floor of Luxray's head, and you deduce that directly below of where you're standing there must be another chamber, hopefully one where you can experience the advantages of Luxray's enhanced eyes.

You hear something above you, so you look up. You're impressed of what you see. Above you there is what you suppose is Luxray's brain, on the second floor. It is much bigger than you, and seems to be full of activity, controlling everything in Luxray's body. You slowly go upstairs, always looking at the brain. When you stand at 10 feet of it, you hear noises again, this time louder. Listening more carefully, you recognize the noise as the sounds of nature, the wind, etc. Even higher there are two holes, each at one side. They seem to be from the ears, but you don't see how to get to them for now, so you look again to the brain. Luxray seems to feel your presence, and his telepathy almost sounds like he is yelling at your ear, and you suppose he sounds so loud because you're so close to his brain. Going back to the stairs you stop there and request the Luxray to repeat what he said.

-"Are you curious about my brain?"
-"Of course yes"- you reply-"It is an amazing sight"
-"Want to get in it? It is the source to my power, all my senses are intensified there and you could even control me for a while"-Luxray said.
-"Wow...is that even possible? I mean, how would I be able to control you?"
-"Get in my brain and you'll see how"

You have the following choices:

1. You enter the brain.

*Noteb*
2. You hesitate, and ask for more explanations before getting in

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
