Things quickly changed after the disease started to spread. A new blue world where the infected hunted for the uninfected. Certain countries and island territories remain sealed off in order to keep the virus from spreading.
As for those countries that are infected, people continue to run and hide in order to avoid the rapid spread of this blue plague on the world itself. The rich live it up inside their protected borders while the poor...they fend for themselves.
In a ruined city where some life still clings for normalcy, a mother and her young daughter run through the streets while avoiding large pools of blue liquid as well as keep themselves hidden from incoming blue beings.
"Mommy...where are we going?" her daughter asked.
"Don't worry about a thing, Gwen. I'm...going to find us a place where we can hide out." her mother assured her as she scanned the area for any good hiding spots where they could hide out. All seemed like a hopeless endeavor before she eyed what she had desired.
