Go see Nancy right now

Brad, being impulsive, decides to go see Nancy right now. He doesn't have anything on the desk right now. He has his secretary take his calls and is soon in his BMW heading to Nancy's. It's a long drive out to the suburbs, but at least it isn't rush hour. Nancy lives in a house that looks from the outside like any other on the block. Brad goes to ring the doorbell, but Nancy opens the door before he can even get close. She smiles and says, "Hello Brad, I've been expecting you". Brad shouldn't be surprised by now, but it is still unnerving how she always knows when he's coming. He steps inside and looks around. It may look like every other house on the block from the outside the inside is a different story. Inside it seem inexplicably larger than it should. Brad shudders as he gets a chill. Nancy leads him into her office for lack of a better word. The big difference is that Nancy's office has skulls and potions. She sits down and asks, "What can I do for you, dear"? Brad waves his hands and answers, "There is a new guy at work. He's good, real good and is looking to take my spot. I need something that will give me an edge over him, some king of advantage. I need something he doesn't have, or something I can hold over him to control him". Nancy nods her head and asks, "What did you have in mind"?
