This choice: Uh-oh, got her TOO young (Newborn/ Past Birth) • Go Back... Twilight felt she had made a major mistake with that spell. Not only had she forgot to ask how young Celestia wanted to be, but she had concentrated too hard to conjure up the rejuvenating energy, and she feared it would be too much for the princess to handle. What she saw, however, had confirmed that fear. After getting knocked backward by the burst of energy, Celestia began to shrink and progressively descend in age, and it seemed to be out of control.
"Princess, I'm so sorry! I must have used too much power!" Twilight said before running up to her. At that point, Celestia had regressed until she was about Twilight's age, but she still had her magnificent multi-colored mane and her crown and jewelry were still managing to hold up a little bit.
Celestia calmly spoke, her voice somewhat higher in pitch, "It's alright, Twilight. It was most likely my fault. I was so excited by this spell that I forgot to tell how young I wanted to be. I'll just have to wait and accept what I become by the time the effects have stopped." By that point, she had regressed down to filly age, a little older than the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and her crown and jewelry had fallen off, as she looked up to Twilight.
"What? No. NO, PRINCESS CELESTIA! Don't give into this! I know how to fix this. Please, just let me get the spell ready and I'll have you back to normal!"
The princess said nothing, however, as she was now a baby foal with the inability to speak. Soon, her legs began to shake, and she found it hard to stand. Eventually, she couldn't hold herself up any longer and fell onto her belly. Twilight gasped at this. Usually, pony foals could stand up and walk not very long after birth. When Twilight saw Celestia fall down, she figured she had regressed down to a foal that had only just been born. Fortunately, the effects must have ended, since she had stopped regressing at this point.
Twilight levitated the baby princess into the air with her magic. She held out her hooves and managed to get a hold of Celestia. Twilight stared at Celestia and Celestia stared at her in return, and Twilight couldn't believe all this. Princess Celestia, her teacher, one of the rulers of the land, one of the most powerful magic users, and regent of the sun, was now nothing more than a tiny baby filly not even old enough to walk and currently being held by her student. Twilight brought her closer and hugged Celestia to her chest. She felt the urge to cry about this, but hopefully the spell had ended so that she would be able to try and get her back to normal then.
