Hinata smiled as she got herself to sit up, leaning against the wooden beam that was void of any shuriken or kunai. She smiled softly as she rubbed her now pregnant belly. She could feel the connection between herself and Naruto as he started to drift off to sleep.
"Hmm, I finally have Naruto-Kun. Oh, I'm never letting him out of my belly." Hinata smiled. "I'll be pregnant forever, even when I have his kids."
Hinata regained some of her strength, and stood up, pulling Naruto's pants off the ground. She had managed to strip Naruto before unbirthing him, faster than he could see though.
"Those clothes would have felt weird inside me." Hinata stated pulling Naruto's pants on. "Oh well, time to head home. Naruto's home that is." Hinata smiled pulling his apartment key from the pocket of the pants she now wore.
It took Hinata a while to get to Naruto's apartment, mainly because she was traveling through the alleyways to get home, trying to avoid anyone from seeing her new pregnant form. As she was half way, another problem occurred. Hinata started to feel her sweater become tighter, and she didn't know why until her zipper gave out and her sweater opened revealing her torn shirt and bare breasts.
"Oh, why are they growing?" Hinata whined, doubling her efforts to get to Naruto's, now hers, apartment.
She finally got to the apartment, first thing she did was head to the bathroom and examine her breasts, they were monstrous now, at first she was at a F-Cup, despite her age, but with the growth she has gone to a L-Cup.
"Oh now what am I going to do, who can I talk to about managing this?" Hinata asked.

Ring-Ring Ring-Ring
"Hokage's office, Shizune speaking." Shizune exclaimed answering the phone. "Yes one moment please. Lady Tsunade, Hinata Hyuga wants to speak with you." Shizune stated hanging up the phone.
"Hmm, about what?" Tsunade asked.
"Well, I'm not sure. She says she can't come to us, so she asked us to meet her at Naruto's apartment."
"At his apartment? That perv, he probably knocked her up and she's requesting me to come and marry them secretly." Tsunade exclaimed clenching her fist tight. "Well, you gotta do, what you gotta do to keep your family name from being soiled."
"So you're going?" Shizune asked as Tsunade got up from her chair.
"Yeah, if nothing else to wed them, before I beat the snot out of that little pervert." Tsunade exclaimed.
...
"Hinata, Naruto, open up it's Lady Hokage." Tsunade said, sanding outside of Naruto's apartment.
Tsunade had ensured Shizune that she could handle this on her own and didn't need a chaperone for a task as simple as marrying two people together.
"The door's open." Hinata said from behind the closed door.
Opening the door, Tsunade removed her sandals and marched through the apartment, ready to give Naruto a beating before she turned to the kitchen, and froze.
Standing there, with her hair braided back, wearing nothing but an apron over her upper half and Naruto's pants on her lower half was Hinata, cooking up quite a few packets of beef flavored ramen.
But what really surprised her was the size of Hinata's belly, and breasts.
"Hello Lady Tsunade. Sorry I had to call you here from your office. But I need your help with something." Hinata stated nervously, with her face slightly red. "Also, I apologize for my indecent appearance, it's just none of Naruto's shirts fit me and my jacket doesn't even begin to cover my breasts, anymore."
"Hinata, where is Naruto?" Tsunade asked. "Of all the perverted things he could do, he knocked you up, using Kyubi Chakra." Tsunade exclaimed a dark aura forming around her as she clenched her fist.
"N-no-no it's not like that." Hinata stated as she placed her hands on the sides of her belly with a motherly touch. "Naruto-Kun is... well, he's inside my belly. My womb."
Tsunade looked at Hinata with a blank look of confusion and questioning. "Is this one of his kinks or something? 'Cause not even Jiraiya would do something as perverted as curling back into the womb."
"No, I did this to Naruto-Kun. He's asleep right now. But What I called you here for, well... I need advice on maintaining such large breasts." Hinata said, cupping the base of her breasts with her hands.
"From the looks of it, you need more than that, you need a whole new wardrobe. Your hips and thighs seem to have plumped up as well." Tsunade sighed with a small smile. "But, if you need advice, just milk your breasts regularly. You're carrying Naruto inside your womb. Your body is reacting like you're pregnant with an actual child. Your hips and thighs, as I said, have plumped up, to help you carry and support Naruto better, while your breasts have swollen and filled with milk, in preparation for a child you're not having. Not to mention, you're cooking thirteen packs of ramen. Those are cravings your body is giving you because of your occupant inside your belly."
Hinata looked down behind her and saw that her hips, thighs, and even her ass have enlarged a bit. Her face lit up like a flare, embarrassed that she didn't know more of her body had grown besides her breasts after taking Naruto into her belly.
"But anyways, since he was technically the one to make you look the way you are. I as Hokage, pronounce you as man and wife, have fun you two. I'll have Shizune come bay and take your measurements later so she can order some custom maternity clothes. Unless you would prefer the skimpy stuff." Tsunade smiled turning away. "Have fun. I'll arrange a Honeymoon to Lunar Island Resort for you."
"W-wait." Hinata called.
Tsunade was already out the door. Hinata stood there blankly, before looking down at her belly, which contained her now husband Naruto.
"I-I'm married to... to Naruto-Kun." Hinata smiled before she fainted.
Before she could fall to the ground, Shizune appeared right behind the shy girl catching her and bringing her to Naruto's bed, before returning to the kitchen and finished cooking the ramen Hinata was making, before putting it away in the fridge.
"Lady Tsunade you're as reckless as ever. If Hinata had fainted here alone, she could have died in a burning building." Shizune sighed returning to Hinata's side, putting a cold cloth on her forehead. "Good thing I followed just in case. I still can't believe it, out of all the families for that Jutsu to manifest itself in, it chose the Hyuga Clan, but to manifest inside the princess, that's rare." Shizune said, taking Hinata's measurements. "Holy crap her boobs are three times bigger than Tsunade's."
