A gang of drug dealers

one of Jane's enimies, Dog Master. Gina heard how Jane told her of the times she fought him. Dog Master was a master trainer of dogs. He could train them to do anything which he used to commit all kinds of crimes and he himself was a nasty piece of work.

There Gina saw him with 3 huge german shepherds picking up a shipment of drugs.
