During a trip to the Daily Planet in Metropolis, Bruce Wayne finds no trace of his good friend Clark Kent. Believing him to be in danger, he enlists the help of Clark's spouse, Lois Lane, to uncover the mystery behind his disappearance. They stay in the Daily Planet late at night to continue their investigation. During their investigation however, they discover a rare piece of kryptonite in Clark's workspace, and upon touching it, Bruce and Lois suddenly swap minds! Believing that this piece of kryptonite could be responsible for Clark's disappearance, Bruce and Lois must now cope with each other's bodies and lifestyles as they now seek to not only find a way to return to their normal bodies, but to find and rescue Superman.
Back in Gotham City, during a fateful incident, Tim Drake suddenly finds himself trapped in the body of one of the dark knight's bitter foes, Harley Quinn. While the former psychiatrist enjoys her time as the caped crusader's beloved sidekick, Tim struggles to cope as the girlfriend of one of the most feared criminals in Gotham. Does Batman suspect that Robin is not himself? Does the Joker discover the true identity behind his girlfriend? Can they figure out a way to return to their original bodies? Or are they doomed to live out the rest of their lives?
