That's insane! I wanna talk with a human

"What the hell ... I'm not going to pick up an item because a hologam told me to do it. I wanna talk to a real person." you say and the hologram disappears.
Seconds later, a person materializes where was the hologram. An asian woman dressed like a male scientist from the neck down. You can't tell if is a male body because maybe she's just flat chested, but you can't stop staring her.
"Thats why i use a hologram to talk with people" she says.
"Uh... sorry. i just was wondering..." you say and she interrupts you "... about my body?" making you embarrassed.
"No!... uh... sorry... yes. Looks like it not match with your head." you say.
"Thats because it's not my original body." she says and you look surprised hearing it.
"But... how it happened? And where your original body?" you ask her.
"I can tell you if you buy something... i don't wanna waste my time for nothing." she says and you ask "It's ok. Any suggestions for me to buy?"
"Hmm... If you are interested to my condition, maybe you would like this..." She says and shows you a something like a tv remote with a few buttons.
"You think i need a tv remote?" you say in disbelief.
"If you need a demonstration..."

What she does?
