"The bathroom?" Naruto asked as he laid on the ground face up. He hoped she just wanted him to lay on the ground while she went into her bathroom and did her business. He feared the alternative. "Well it's a fantasy that's going to become a reality toilet." Tsunade grinned. "That's why I sought you out. I had to go to the bathroom pretty bad and knew you were going to be my slave." It was better for her people to have someone to emulate who they trusted completely protect them. It made the people feel safer, and it made the people strive to be better. If it got out that Naruto secretly wanted to be a slave people would no longer view him as the perfect hero, his reputation would be tarnished, and the people of Konoha would lose a valuable role model.
And it's not like Naruto didn't know this. Tsunade had lectured him many times about how important he was to Konoha as a symbol. She even told him if he ever needed help to protect his reputation that she would help him, because it was in the best interest of the people. So if Naruto actually thought about it, he wasn't stuck, and she wasn't making him do this.
Naruto was about to become her human toilet because deep down, that's what he wanted.
"I know a good toilet boy like you wouldn't spill a drop of my piss or let a single piece of my shit go to waste." Tsunade taunted.
"Of course not Mistress Tsunade." Naruto replied in a dejected voice.
