He was trapped beneath Tsunade's ass. She was sitting on him with her full weight. At this point, he couldn't get out of this if he wanted. He was going to spend the next two hours beneath Tsunade no matter what.
He stuck his tongue out and grimaced as the foul taste of Tsunade's ass once again dominated his taste buds. It was with great trepidation that he forced his tongue into her asshole, pushing it in the deepest he absolutely could. He was really regretting not remembering to get Sakura a birthday present right now...
"Ahhh there we go." Tsunade hummed. "That's where your tongue belongs. I can tell these next two hours are going to be great!"
Naruto swirled his tongue around deep inside the hokage's asshole, and as the time slowly passed, Naruto learned that Tsunade wasn't kidding when she said she was going to smother him! Her round ass completely engulfed his face, cutting off any access he had to air. 10 minutes passed until Tsunade slightly lifted one of her cheeks off his face, giving him a small window to gulp in oxygen. He only managed to take two deep breaths before she sat her cheek back down, again smothering him completely.
"He looks like he's having fun under there." Shizune giggled. "He was turning so red before you let him breathe just then. I'm surprised you gave him two breaths though."
"What can I say, I'm a merciful woman." Tsunade smirked. "He's really good at this though. I'm sure you'll be just as merciful when he's under you."
"No way! He's only getting one breath at a time when it's my turn!" Only getting one breath at a time sounded kind of terrifying, but Shizune's ass wasn't as big as Tsunade's. Naruto didn't think (and hoped/prayed) that it wouldn't be big enough to smother him completely like Tsunade's.
Those two hours beneath Tsunade ended up being absolutely miserable for Naruto. His tongue was stuck in the depths of the hokage's ass, being forced to continuously work to please her. To make matters worse, she barely let him breathe at all! She let him take two breaths every 10-20 minutes. Naruto was absolutely certain that he would have been smothered to death beneath Tsunade had he not had elite ninja training.
"It's sad that this has to come to an end." Tsunade sighed once the two hours were up. She slightly lifted her butt off Naruto's face. "Give my butt one more kiss, Naruto."
Naruto obeyed the hokage and pressed a kiss against her beautiful, bare ass that had just subjected him to two hours of suffering.
Satisfied, Tsunade stood up and stepped to the side. Before Naruto could so much as begin to get his wits about him, Shizune was standing over him. He didn't have a chance to do anything before she sat her bare ass down on his face. He felt her drop her robe over him as she wriggled herself into a comfortable position.
"You know what to do, ass licker Uzumaki!" Shizune said mockingly.
Naruto knew exactly what Shizune expected, and set his weary tongue back to work by forcing it deep into her ass. This was officially turning out to be the worst day ever.
"Aww, I don't get to see anything when you're covering him with your robe, Shizune." Tsunade complained.
"Well I'm not going to get completely naked in your office. That would be weird." Shizune retorted.
Any hope Naruto had of Shizune's butt not being big enough to completely smother him quickly went out the window. Despite her ass not being as large as Tsunade's, it was still plenty big enough to cut off his access to oxygen. He was just as much at the mercy of Shizune's butt to breath as he was Tsunade's.
"You're right, he really is so great at this, Tsunade-sama!" Shizune cooed. "Naruto, you should've told us sooner you were good at this so we could have enjoyed your service longer!"
As he swirled his tongue in the depths of Shizune's butt, an indignant look made its way onto Naruto's face. One - he had never done this before. Two - he was ONLY doing this for Tsunade and Shizune's help with Sakura's birthday gift! There was no way in hell he would be doing this if he had any other options!
The two hours he spent under Shizune proved to be even worse than the two hours spent beneath Tsunade. Naruto's tongue was already starting to tire out before Shizune sat on his face. It took all of his willpower to keep it going for another two straight hours deep inside of her asshole.
To make matters much worse, Shizune stuck to her promise to only give him one breath at a time. Like Tsunade, she only let him breathe once every 10-20 minutes, but she only let him have one breath before resuming his smothering. Naruto came close to passing out several times. And by the time two hours had passed, he was starting to think it was normal to have spots in your vision.
"Your two hours are up, Shizune. It's almost time."
"I know... But why don't we just keep him, Tsunade-sama? He makes such a great ass slave!"
"He does." Tsunade wistfully agreed. "But he came to us for help with Sakura's birthday gift."
"I know...but what if we just keep him instead? That's not the worst thing... Is it?" Shizune pressed.
