With a shrug, Homer gobbled it up and almost immediately afterwards...nothing happened?

'Mmmm small green globule' Homer said, rubbing his belly. It grumbled slightly having consumed this strange thing but it caused no alarm.

Homer heads back inside, sits on the couch and rubs his belly whilst watching T.V. and falls asleep soon afterwards.

A strange noise awakens the fat man. Homer wakes up to find.....
