Try to sleep

You lay there, trying to fall asleep, but the smell and itching are unbearable, you rub the outside of it to try and itch but that only makes your hands wet and crusty. You are helpless as the poop packed pull-up hangs onto you irritating you more every second. Eventually you do manage to drift to sleep in your brothers body while wearing the pull-up.
