Name: Issac Banner
Age: 28
Profession: archeologist, extra jobs wherever, Power Ranger
Outfit: Wears a blue shirt under a rugged and big greyish-purple arctic jacket, grey long pants, black work boots with purple accents, and the Silver Dino Gem in a Dino Bracelet on his wrist.
Power: He can freeze whatever he touches, through his soles or his palms.
Ranger Form: Navy Dino Ranger/Dino Thunder Navy Ranger. His dinosaur motif is the Carnosaurus, and his suit resembles Tommy’s Black Dino Ranger suit instead of the main three’s Dino Ranger Suits, despite his Morpher resembling the main trio’s.
-Super Dino Mode: He gains spikes coming from the triangles on his suit and is a lot fiercer.
-Mega Battle Armor: Double Dino Mode: After gaining the Silver Dino Gem, he can combine it’s power with the Navy Dino Gem to become equiped with Silver Chasmodon-themed armor and a new weapon. It’s not exclusive to him, though: the other rangers are able to use it. It’s power is equal with the Triassic Ranger, but inferior to the Triassic Battlizer.
Weapons: -Chillmax Saber: The sidearm for the Navy Ranger is a wicked retool of the Thundermax Saber.
-Carno Blade: A large flat blade themed off the Carnozord, complete with a pommel shaped like it’s head.
-Chasmo Shield: A large shield of a similar design to the Tricera Shield, however the extending spike is replaced with twin shotgun barrels.
Zord(s): Carnozord and Chasmozord. Made by Mesagog from the data and specs of the Tyranno and Tricera Zord, the two form a Best Match and a powerful Megazord.
Personality: Respectable, hard-working, self-isolating, has a good just heart and isn’t afraid to get down and dirty. He’s a bit stingy with his money, though....
History: Issac has always strived to be a good archeologist, and he’s not afraid to do the right thing. One day on an arctic dig, he fell into a cavern where he discovered the Navy Dino Gem, which bonded with him. He spent some time learning how to control his ice powers and new Ranger form, before the news of Rangers and Monsters in Reefside brought his attention to the city, where hep landed to join the Rangers. However, Messagog’s forces intercepted him and he was captured and brainwashed, and given most of his new gear, and sent to destroy the Power Rangers. After many fierce fights, and him seizing another Dino Gem, the Battlized Triassic Ranger beats him and breaks the brainwashing, allowing him to redeem himself by fighting on the side of good as a powerful ally.
Reason for not joining the Rangers: He wanted to join the Rangers, but he was brainwashed by Messagog and forced to fight the Rangers for a while until he’s freed from Messagog’s control later on. He proves to be a powerful ally once he’s on the side of good. (in terms of footage, he would replace the White Ranger Clone(though the clone would have an apparence as a one episode thing later down the line).
