It was another day like always for Wolverine. He was currently infiltrating a lab located in the middle of nowhere in the state of Texas. He heard rumors of a mad scientist creating a biological weapon and being the best at what he does Logan wasn't going to let some nutcase spread some deadly disease. However, Wolverine failed to realize that the scientist was already about to use the virus she had created.
The scent of the mad scientist is close by. Once I confront her I'll destroy this lab.
Wolverine slashes his way through the mad scientist's guards. He then kicks down the door leading to the testing chamber.
"There's no use hiding, bub. I'm here to put an end to your plans permanently."
"Threatening to kill me Logan? I thought you turned over a new leaf and gave up killing your enemies?" The mad scientist scoffed.
"I only resort to killing as a last resort nowadays. As a S.H.E.I.L.D. agent and an X-man I will make sure that you are not heard from in a long time."
"Try your best James for you don't have the guts to stop me."
Wolverine charges at the scientist only for the scientist to teleport behind him and inject him with the virus.
"You think injecting me with a virus is supposed to stop the Wolverine. I'm the best at what I do and what I do ain't very nice."
Wolverine slashes the scientist who seemingly explodes.
"Damn it. She must of gotten away. I can't let her getaway!"
Wolverine initiates the self-destruct sequence and takes off on his motorcycle.
"I'll have to start my search for Dr. Mysteria another time. All of this has left me quite famished."
Wolverine rides off to the nearest hotel. Meanwhile at the destroyed biochemical lab Dr. Mysteria rises from the ashes of her lab unscathed.
"That was close. Good thing I faked my death. My dear James may have destroyed my lab, but my plan is already in motion. Soon he'll fatten up thanks to my Fat Virus. The Fat Virus will increase his hunger, lower his metabolism, and eventually alter his mind. I'll have to send some spies to see what other effects the virus will have, but my plan should go according to plan."
Dr. Mysteria creates three duplicates of herself to spy on Logan.
